At Larkspur, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Larkspur and how we use it.

Log Files

Larkspur follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they use app. The information collected by log files include time zone, user id, date and time stamp, audio recordings, accelerometer and gyroscope data, and any data you input into the app -- which may include health-related data. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the app.

Privacy Policies

Larkspur partners with the companies

• rev.ai transforms users' audio into text, which we use to evaluate your mood. We do not send personally identifying metadata to rev.ai, but anything you say in the recording is available to rev.ai. We set our settings in rev.ai's dashboard to delete their records of recordings after a short time. But we cannot guarentee that they will uphold this promise. To protect your privacy, please do not say anything identifying or private in your audio recordings.
• We use Marketo for user behavior analysis, but we don't send them your email or any personally identifiable information.
• We use Amazon Web Services' backend services. Your email, health info, and anything you choose to share in the app is saved in their systems.
• Our site is build using Strikingly. If you send info through the site, it passes through their system.
• Some of our email is handled via Gmail.
• Other email operations are handled via Porkbun.

These are the only company with whom we share data. We do not sell to advertisers or data collection companies, and we have no plans to do so. In the future, we may share anonymized data with psychology researchers.

Our data partners may change. (For example, we might start using Mailchimp.) You may not recieve any notice when this happens.

Third Party Privacy Policies

Larkspur's Privacy Policy does not apply to our data partners. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.

Children's Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

Larkspur does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 14. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our App, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
